INVITATION TO BID

The Town of Rollinsford is placing out to bid: Sale of Surplus building only. Property and land lot is NOT included in this Bid. Only the building existing on map 14 / lot# 20 is for bid.

Buyer will have 120 days from acceptance of bid to remove building from property.

Sealed bid proposals, plainly marked, Sale of Surplus Building Bid #2017-4 on the outside of the mailing envelope as well as the sealed bid envelope, addressed to:

Bids will be accepted until March 27, 2017 @ 12:30 p.m.

All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at Select Board Meeting March 27, 2017 @ at 6:30pm.

You may pick up a bid for at Rollinsford Town Hall during normal business hours.

Per Moderator Charles Putnam, in consultation with the Select Board and the Town Clerk:

The Town is POSTPONING the election of Tuesday, March 14, 2017.

The election voting will be held on

Thursday, March 16, 2017, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm at Town Hall.

Town Meeting will proceed as scheduled on Saturday, March 18, 2017, 9:00 am at Rollinsford Grade School.
