The Town of Rollinsford is looking for a part-time plow truck driver. Applicants must:
1. Be available for most storms within the winter season.
2. Be able to sit for long periods of time.
3. Have a safe driving history.
A CDL-B with air brake endorsement is preferred, but not required.

The contractor is preparing for paving Tuesday, September 14th, and paving is currently scheduled for Friday, September 17th. Clement Road will be closed part of day tomorrow with resident access only and closed all day Friday we will try to keep open to residents and emergency vehicles as much as possible. This is challenging with the road being so narrow and paving equipment being wide. PLEASE PLAN AN ALTERNATE ROUTE.
Street sweeping will be taking place. Please remove all vehicles to allow work to be completed.
Road work including paving will be taking place on Sligo Road throughout the month of May. The road will be closed during the day from Pinch Hill Road to Portland Avenue. Please seek an alternate route. The farm will remain open and accessible.
The town will be street sweeping tomorrow, April 16 from 6 am to 10 am. Parking ban in effect during those times. Please park your vehicle in your driveway so the street sweeper can get in and out of the area without interruption.
An emergency snow Parking Ban is in effect beginning Sunday 12/29 at 10 pm and ending Tuesday 12/31 at 6 am.
No on street parking is allowed during this time period.
Sligo Road is currently scheduled to be reclaimed on Monday, June 10thweather permitting.
Paving is behind schedule do to how much rain we have had in the area recently. Therefore, the road may remain dirt for a few weeks before it is repaved.
The Select Board has released an update regarding the paving on Heritage Drive and Moses Carr Road.
The Highway Department will be conducting street sweeping on Thursday, May 2nd.
There will be no on street parking starting at 6:00am.
Sweeping will be the entire downtown area from Front Street to General Sullivan Way.
The Highway Department is starting construction on Sligo Road replacing culverts in preparation for full reclamation and paving between Pinch Hill Road and Baer Road.
Paving will start in the next 2-3 weeks on both Sligo Road and Heritage Drive and Moses Carr. Please seek alternate routes during construction. Both projects have an estimated completion date of late May (subject to change due to weather).
