Declaration of Candidacy – School

 The filing period for the following Rollinsford School District officers begins on January 19, 2022 and closes on January 28, 2022. Declaration of candidacy forms will be available Monday through Friday from 8:00AM-4:00PM at:

Declaration of candidacy forms will also be available at Rollinsford Town Hall during normal business hours: 

Monday: 8:00AM-1:00PM
Tuesday: 1:00PM-6:00PM
Thursday: 1:00PM-6:00PM
Friday: 8:00AM-1:00PM

Rollinsford Town Hall will also be open on January 28, 2022 from 3:00PM-5:00PM to submit a declaration of candidacy form.

School District Moderator- One Year
School District Clerk- One Year
School District Treasurer- One Year
School Board Members-One (1) Three Year

Declaration of Candidacy – Town

Declaration of Candidacy is available at the Town Office for the following positions:

  • One Town Treasurer for a (1) one-year term
  • One Town Moderator for a (1) one-year term
  • One Select Board member and overseer of the poor for a (3) three-year term
  • One Trustee of the Trust Funds for a (3) three-year term
  • One Trustee of the Library Trust for a (3) three-year term
  • One Trustee of the Cemetery for a (3) three-year term
  • One member of the Budget Committee for a (2) two-year term
  • Three members of the Budget Committee for (3) three-year terms
  • One Supervisor of the Checklist for a (6) six-year term

The filing period opens Wednesday, January 19, 2022 and closes Friday, January 28, 2022.

If you are interested in declaring your candidacy for any of these positions, please stop in to Town Hall during normal operating hours to fill out an official declaration of candidacy form. If you have any questions, please call (603) 742-2510 ext. 314 or email the Town Clerk.

A Special Sign-up Session will also be held at Town Hall from 3:00 to 5:00pm on Friday, January 28, 2021.

The Select Board will be holding a public hearing to hear from residents about the receipt of ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) Funds. The Town received the initial payment of $135,363.71 this summer and is proposing to receive the second and final payment immediately. We would like to gain input from residents on proposed expenditure of these funds for Town and Water & Sewer related projects. Those who are unable to attend are welcome to submit comments in writing at Town Hall, via email or attend the meeting on Zoom.
