Volunteers Needed: Rec Basketball

The Rollinsford Rec. Travel Basketball Program is looking for volunteers to continue the program here in Rollinsford.

Last year, the program ran open gym times for 3rd – 6th graders to learn some basketball skills and have fun. In the past, the program has had 4 separate travel basketball teams: 3rd & 4th grade boys, 3rd & 4th grade girls,  5th & 6th grade boys, and a 5th & 6th grade girls’ team. This has been a great program for the children of Rollinsford, and with your help and interest, it can continue to whatever level we choose.

If you are interested in helping out, please join us for a meeting next Tuesday, October 24th, 6:00 pm in Mrs. Kaichen’s classroom. If you can’t make it, but are still interested in helping, please contact us via email at rollinsfordbball@gmail.com or by phone, Andrea Anderson at 603-401-0765.

SEE SOMETHING-SAY SOMETHING

The Police Department is requesting you call them if you see or hear anything out of the ordinary so it can be investigated immediately. Too often people will call the Police Department hours or days after an event because they did not want to bother the Police Department or did not know if they should call. We encourage you to call no matter how trivial you think it might be.
