CHAT Project Forum 4.22.21

Join Strafford Regional Planning Commission (SRPC) as they partner with the towns of Lee, Madbury and Rollinsford on a community Zoom forum to gather feedback on their Communities for Healthy Aging Transitions (CHAT) project. This forum was previously planned for Mar. 30 but has been rescheduled. This project seeks to identify strengths towards and opportunities for each regional community providing an inclusive, welcoming, supportive, and healthy environment for people of all ages.

To accomplish this SRPC wants to hear from the people that know Rollinsford best, those who live and work in town. Using virtual public engagement tools like Zoom’s breakout rooms and live interactive polling, SRPC will lead a discussion to best understand what residents value about their communities, and opportunities for making it even better.

Please join this interactive opportunity for providing input which will now be held on Thursday, Apr. 22 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. The best part – you don’t even have to leave your house-and you can still participate and share your thoughts!

SRPC looks forward to CHATting with you! Register online at https://tinyurl.com/kuxp8pj8, and contact communications and outreach planner Shayna Sylvia at [email protected] with any questions.

Can’t wait to share your thoughts or won’t be able to make the session, take the online CHAT survey.

SUPERVISORS OF THE CHECKLIST

New Hampshire law requires that the Supervisors of the Checklist verify the checklist every ten years.  Any person on the checklist who has not voted in the past four years must re-register to remain on the checklist.  The Supervisors are sending notice letters to these voters at the address the voter provided when registering.

The Supervisors of the Checklist for the Town of Rollinsford will hold sessions for re-registering voters who have not voted since April 1, 2017, accepting applications for new voter registration, accepting requests for the correction of the checklist, and/or changing political party affiliation on:

Saturday, May 1, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Saturday, June 5, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The sessions will be held in the meeting room, first floor of Town Hall, 667 Main Street.

Voters may check party affiliation on-line here

Applicants for registration who possess proof of identity, age, citizenship, and domicile should bring that proof when they come to register. Qualified applicants who do not possess proof or who do not bring proof with them may still register if they sign an affidavit attesting to their qualifications for identity, age, and citizenship, and/or domicile.
