- One Select Board member and overseer of the poor for (3) three year term;
- One Town Treasurer for (1) one year term;
- One Chief of the Fire Department for (1) one year term;
- Three members of the Budget Committee for (3) three year term;
- One Trustee of the Trust Funds for (3) three year term;
- One Trustee of the Library Trust for (3) three year term;
- One Trustee of the Cemetery Trust for (3) three year
- One Supervisors of the Checklist for (2) year term
- Three Surveyors of the Wood and Lumber for (1) year term;
- One Fence Viewer for (1) year term;
- One Tree Warden for (1) year term;
- Two members of the Parks and Recreation for (1) year term
The filing period opens January 23, 2019 and closes February 1, 2019
Town Office business hours: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 9-1 am and Thurs 3-7 pm
Special Sign-up Session will be held: Friday, February 1, 2019 from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Library Pie Tasting Saturday
Join the Rollinsford Public Library on Saturday, Nov. 17 starting at noon during Open Studios for the annual pie tasting fundraiser. Admission is $5 and all the pie you can eat. All the proceeds benefit the Rollinsford Public Library.
A baker yourself? Consider donating a pie to the event. Contact the library to make donation arrangements or just bring your tasty treat to the library on Saturday after 10 a.m. Contact [email protected].
Halloween Preschool Storytime at the Library! (schedule change)
Come to the RPL for a Halloween story, craft, and candy hunt!
There will NO Preschool Storytime this Monday, October 29. Instead, we are having a special HALLOWEEN STORYTIME on Wednesday, October 31!
Join Storytime Lady Sianna on Halloween at 4pm for a story, craft project, and candy hunt. Costumes are highly encouraged!
Our preschool storytime program is designed for kids age 0-7, but all are welcome!

9/22: FRPL Salmon Run 5K and FuRPLe Fun Run
The Friends of the Rollinsford Public Library is hosting the 6th annual Salmon Run 5K and FuRPLe Fun Run on Saturday, Sept. 22.

HELP WANTED – TRANSFER STATION ATTENDANT
The Town of Rollinsford is accepting applications for a Transfer Station Attendant. Applicant must be able to work 16 hours per week. Current work days are Monday, 2PM to 7PM, Wednesday 7 AM to 12PM, Saturday 8AM to 2PM but change seasonally. Starting rate is $11.00 per hour. Rollinsford Candidates Night March 6
ROLLINSFORD – The 8th Annual Meet-the-Candidates Night will be held from 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 6 at the Rollinsford Public Library, Lower Mill, 3 Front St.
This event is an opportunity to meet the candidates for town and school office before the election on Tuesday, March 13, and hear how they’re planning to make an impact on the community.

Public Hearing: Town Budget
The Budget Committee will hold a Public Hearing to discuss the FY2018 Town Budget
on Saturday, February 10th at 9AM at the Rollinsford Grade School.
The Budget Committee will deliberate and vote immediately following the Public Hearing.
Reminder: Holiday Hours
Monday, November 13th: Transfer Station and Town Hall are CLOSED
The Select Board will be meeting as scheduled Monday night.

Salmon Run 5K and FuRPLe Fun Run
Join The Friends of the Rollinsford Public Library for the annual Salmon Run 5K and FuRPLe Fun Run on Saturday, Sept. 23 starting at the Rollinsford Grade School, 487 Locust St. Rollinsford Family Fun Day events will begin shortly thereafter. All proceeds of the race go to the Rollinsford Public Library to support community programs and events.
The Salmon Run 5K begins at 10 a.m. while the Kids Fun Run starts at 9:30 a.m. Registration opens at 9 a.m. on race day. Register for the 5K before Sept. 10 for the early-bird rate of $20. Registration is $25 after Sept. 11. The student price for the 5K race is $15 for kids 19 and under. Sign up early to ensure you get a T-shirt.
And don’t forget to register the little ones for the FuRPLe Fun Run – a quarter-mile dash around the RGS playground starting at 9:30 a.m. with The Friends of the Rollinsford Public Library’s friendly Purple FuRPLe mascot. Registration fee is $5. Kids receive a T-shirt illustrated by cartoonist John Klossner.
