The Town Hall is only able to accept cash and/or checks for payment.
Credit cards are not accepted.
You can register your vehicle in person at the Town Hall during regular business hours. Registrations can be now be renewed by mail. Effective immediately: If you are registering a vehicle for someone else and you are not listed on the registration you must present a valid picture ID per the Department of Motor Vehicles. If you have any questions, please contact the Town Clerk.
New Hampshire State Park License Plates
State Park license plates are now available both at the NH DMV and the Town Hall. These special plates help keep our state beautiful and they allow free access to many NH State Parks! Learn more about State Park License Plates »
State law RSA 466:1 requires that every owner or keeper of a dog four months old or older must have it registered, numbered, described, and licensed annually in the city or town where the dog is kept. According to the law, dog licenses are effective from May 1st through April 30th regardless of when they are obtained.
