SPRING/SUMMER SESSION | EVERY THURSDAY | AGES 18 AND OLDER
Session Dates: Every Thursday beginning May 21st throughout Summer

Time: 6:30-7:30
Where: Rollinsford Community Room (located in the lower mill, entrance is to the right of the Library entrance, furthest door on right, look for the blue awning)
Cost: Pay what you wish/donations.
Instructor: Megan Frank
Join us for an inclusive yoga experience. No yoga experience necessary. Bring your own yoga mat.
Blocks are provided but you are encouraged to bring any yoga props (blankets and pillows) you wish to use.
Gentle flow postures, meditation and sound healing will be incorporated.
