Avitar Associates Property Visits

For the next couple of months, Avitar will be in town completing data verification on some properties.

They are first visiting properties that had construction permits in 2024 and/or early 2025.

In addition, they are conducting annual data verifications of 25% of the town’s properties. (The last town-wide valuation was done in 2022.) Those scheduled for the 2025 data verification would have received letters in December.

As part of the annual data verification process, you may opt-out of an interior inspection. You may also opt-out of the exterior on-property inspection. In this case, Avitar will conduct an inspection from the street. To opt-out please email the Town Administrator.
