Planning Board Meeting 4.2.25

The Planning Board will be meeting as scheduled tomorrow, Wednesday, April 2nd, at 7:00 p.m. at the Rollinsford Grade School. However, the Site Plan Review Application for 15 Pease, LLC will be CONTINUED to the May meeting.
The originally noticed agenda for tomorrow’s meeting is below.

The order of business for this meeting shall be as follows:

2. New Business:

a. Continuation of: APPLICATION FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW: Tim and Andrew Cheney, 22-24 South Street Rollinsford, NH 03869. The proposed project includes converting an existing two unit multi family into a three unit multi family by dividing one of the existing units into two separate units. There will be no expansion of the existing structure. All work will be completed within the existing footprint. The property is located at 22-24 South Street Rollinsford NH,, 03869. Tax Map 10 Lot 85.

b. Continuation of: RESUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW: Submitted by Christopher Berry, PM of Berry Surveying and Engineering, 335 Second Crown Point Road, Barrington NH 03825. The proposed project includes Construction of a 12,300 sq ft contractor storage with office space. A total of 44 parking spaces proposed. Two wavers requested and three Conditional use permit requests. The property is located at 15 Pease Lane Rollinsford, NH 03869. Tax Map 8 Lot 7.

c. LOT LINE REVISION REVIEW: Submitted by Christopher Berry, PM of Berry Surveying and Engineering, 335 Second Crown Point Road, Barrington NH 03825. The proposed project includes revising the lot lines between the three lots to conform to the ZBA application. The property is located at 210 & 230 Clement Road and is owned by Lee Norton. Tax Map 1 Lots 54,54-2 and 55.3.
