Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the RWSD Board of Commissioners voted to adopt the alternative Annual Meeting proceedings per House Bill 1129. District members are encouraged to:
- Join virtual session on March 16th at 6:30 pm for a presentation of the proposed 2021 warrant articles.
- Submit comments or proposed amendments to the warrant articles, as well as nominations for elected officials, between March 17th and March 23rd.
- Join second virtual session on March 23rd at 6:30 pm to hear the Commissioners read the received comments and nominations. Commissioners will then discuss, debate, and may amend the posted warrant based on feedback received.
- Vote (in-person) on the final warrant articles on March 30th from 11 am to 7 pm in the main hall of the American Legion. Masks MUST be worn inside the building. For anyone unwilling or unable to vote in person, a drive-up option will be available.
