Can I Still Change My Party Affiliation Before Tuesday?

No, the last day to change your party affiliation prior to the Presidential Primary was October 6, 2023.
  • If you want to change your party affiliation, you may do so tomorrow, AFTER you have voted.
  • If you are currently registered as Undeclared and wish to RETURN to Undeclared, you may do so tomorrow, AFTER you have voted.

Need to Register?

Voter registrations can now only be processed on Election Day at the American Legion Hall. The last day to register at Town Hall was Tuesday, January 17th.

If you are new to New Hampshire and have never voted here before you will need:
– Proof of US citizenship (birth certificate, US Passport or Passport Card, Naturalization Papers, Consular Report of Birth Abroad or FS-240, or Certificate of Citizenship)
– Photo ID (Driver’s License, valid student photo ID, employee photo ID, non-driver’s license DMV photo ID)
– Proof of domicile (utility bill, lease, auto registration, driver’s license with street address printed on the reverse side)

Holiday Hours

The Town Clerk’s Office, Tax Collector’s Office and the Transfer Station will be CLOSED on Christmas Day, Monday, December 25, 2023 and on New Year’s Day, Monday, January 1, 2024.
Additionally, the Tax Collector’s Office will be closed on Tuesday, December 26, 2023. For property tax payments, please feel free to use the secure drop box located on the door to Town Hall.

Locust Street Roadwork and Paving Update

Additional work is required on Locust Street before the sidewalks and the road itself can be paved. In the meantime, the unpaved sidewalks are accessible and usable. 
 
The Highway Department is currently looking at the end of September/early October for paving to occur. An update will be provided when the schedule is confirmed.

Rollins Road Closure 8.21.23

Rollins Road at the railroad crossing will be closed for the day on Monday, August 21st for emergency railroad repair.

NH DOT’s Oak Street repair project has been delayed, therefore Oak Street will be open Monday, August 21st.

New dates for the project are being confirmed.

Reminder – Town Hall Hours Week of 7/3

As a reminder, the hours for the offices of the Town Clerk and Tax Collector for the week of July 3rd are as follows:

 

Monday, July 3rd – Closed
Tuesday, July 4th – Closed for the Holiday
Thursday, July 6th:- Open
  Town Clerk 1:00 – 6:00 pm
  Tax Collector 3:00 – 6:00 pm

 

Please note that both of these offices are regularly closed on Wednesdays. Friday hours for the Town Clerk’s office only are expected to resume in August. 

Message from the Select Board regarding Town Administrator

Paul Toussaint’s last day as Town Administrator for the Town of Rollinsford will be Wednesday, June 14th. We thank Paul for his service to the Town and wish him all the best in his new position with the City of Rochester.
The Select Board has named Cary Boyle, currently the Assessing Clerk and Administrative Assistant to the Select Board and Town Administrator, as Interim Town Administrator. Paul and Cary are working together to ensure a smooth transition for the Town.
