The Town Clerk will be doing a pre-election testing of the electronic ballot counting device with the Town Moderator on Nov. 1st, 2016 @ 1:00 at the Town hall. The Public is welcomed.

BICENTENNIAL PARK: general spruce-up, trash removal. Team leader provided; gloves advised.
COMMUNITY GARDENS: rebuild raised garden beds, repair/paint picnic table. Team leader provided, building materials provided: can use rakes, shovels, mallets, battery-powered electric drills
NATURE TRAILS: clear existing trails. Team leader provided; can use loppers, hand saws, clippers, rakes
TOWN HALL SECOND FLOOR: general cleaning Team leader provided; can use vacuums, brooms, dust pans, dust masks advised Volunteers 18 and up.

The 2016 Salary Review Committee will hold its first meeting on Wednesday, June 15 at 6:30 pm at Town Hall. The members of this year’s committee are: Myles England, Denise Knowles and Sheila Reilly. Select Board member Suzanne Huard will be there to review the Select Board’s charge to the committee and potential sources for comparative data. The committee has been asked to review the stipends of elected officials with particular attention to the position of Town Clerk.
