Employment Opportunity: Bookkeeper/Administrative Support Position

The Town of Rollinsford is seeking a qualified individual to complete bookkeeping and administrative tasks on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week, located in Rollinsford, NH.

  • Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to juggle multiple project and prioritize work
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Associates degree plus 2 years of work in an administrative office environment required or equivalent education and  experience demonstrating ability to perform job requirements effectively

Pay rate: $16/hour
