Planning Board Opening

There is an opening on the Planning which meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm.

The Planning Board is charged with finding a balance between the rights of property owners to develop or change their property within the regulations of the State of New Hampshire and Town of Rollinsford.

Interested residents may submit a letter of interest to the Town Office or [email protected] by 4:00pm Friday, September 17th.

Anticipated Openings

There are several Town Officer positions opening up in 2021. If you’d like to run for Town Office, keep an eye out for the upcoming declaration of candidacy notice that will soon be appearing on the town website, at the Post Office, and on the door of Town Hall.

There will be open positions on the Select Board and Budget Committee. There will also be the following openings as well: Town Clerk, Town Moderator, Town Treasurer, Trustee of the Trust Funds, Trustee of the Library, and Trustee of the Cemetery.

Planning Board Workshop 9.29.20: Revisions to the Zoning Ordinance

The Planning Board will be holding a workshop on Tuesday, September 29th at 7:00pm to discuss potential revisions to the Zoning Ordinance. Revisions must be approved by voters at Town Meeting in March. Residents who are interested in revisions are encouraged to share their ideas with the Planning Board at this time.

Petition warrant articles for zoning amendments will be accepted between November 9th and December 9th.
