Town Hall will be closed next Tuesday (11/8) for State General Election voting and next Friday (11/11) in observance of Veterans Day.

Voting will be conducted at the American Legion on Foundry Street from 7am-7pm.

Ballot Machine Testing 11.3.22

The Accuvote ballot counting machine will be tested on Thursday, November 3 in the Town Hall conference room starting at 8:00am. This test is open to the public.

State General Election voting will take place on Tuesday, November 8 from 7:00am until 7:00pm at the American Legion Post 47.

The Rollinsford, New Hampshire Police Department is actively seeking police officer candidates to fill a current vacancy.  The Rollinsford Police Department is a community oriented and highly professional law enforcement agency dedicated to serving a community with a population with 2,800 residents.

Officer’s patrol the Town of Rollinsford for the purpose of crime prevention and law enforcement duties include, but are not limited to calls for service, investigation of crimes, identification and apprehension of offenders, and prevention of crime.  Applicants must have the ability to exercise good common sense, discretion, objectivity, be able to make good decision under pressure, and perform all the essential job function of a police officer.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • A United States Citizen
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • NH PSTC Certification preferred

Applicants who meet the basic qualifications are selected on a competitive basis.  Each applicant must successfully complete each element of the hiring process

Supervisors of the Checklist Session 10.27.22

The Supervisors of the Checklist will be in session at Town Hall on Thursday, October 27 from 5:30-6:00 p.m.  Residents may register to vote at this time.  Registered voters may also change party affiliation at this time.  Anyone unable to attend this session may meet with the Supervisors anytime between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the General Election on Tuesday, November 8 at the American Legion on Foundry St.
