Planning Board Meeting, January 8, 2025, 7:00 p.m. at the Rollinsford Grade School
A continuance request for the Pease Lane Project will be made at the Planning Board Meeting scheduled for this upcoming Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. Chris Berry of Berry Surveying & Engineering and representing 15 Pease, LLC, will be requesting a continuance to the February meeting. Please note that this Wednesday’s meeting is a public meeting, however, it is not a public hearing. There will be no project review by the applicant or its representative with the Board and no discussions regarding the intended use of the property. The Planning Board may, at their discretion, address general questions related to process and timelines.
