The Town Clerk’s Office will be open tomorrow, 1/4/20, from 9am-12pm for the sale of Transfer Station stickers.
Please bring in your current registration and $10.00 cash or check.
*Please note this is the only business that can be conducted during these hours.
The Town Clerk’s office will be open Saturday, December 7th from 9-12 for Transfer Station sticker purchases.
Residents must bring a current vehicle registration and $10.00 check or cash.
Current stickers expire December 31, 2019.
The Tax Collector and Town Clerk strive to provide residents with convenient options for completing Town business. To that end, we will “pilot” the addition of a second evening, commencing October 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019.
Tax Collector/Town Clerk office hours will be as follows:
Monday 9-1
Tuesday 3-7 (no longer 9-1)
Wednesday 9-1
Thursday 3-7
Friday 9-1 (Town clerk only)
In addition, a new, secure drop-box has been installed in the front door of Town Hall. Residents can now safely and securely “drop” a property tax payment, auto registration renewal, dog license renewal, etc., anytime, day or night, no postage necessary! The transaction will be processed the following business day.

Supervisors will be holding a session for Second Session for the annual meetings
Final changes to be made to the checklist prior to voting on March 12th, 2019.
The session will be held on Saturday March 2, 2019@ 11:00-11:30 at the Town hall.
The Town of Rollinsford will be testing the ballot machine with the ballots for the March Town Election on March 6th, 2019 @ 6:00 pm at the Town Hall. Residents are welcome.
Elections and voting will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at the American Legion (551 Foundry Street) from 7am – 7pm.
If you are unable to vote in person on the 12th, return an absentee ballot application to the Town Clerk as soon as possible to receive an absentee ballot.
The Recreation Committee will be meeting on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 10:15am at the Black Bean Cafe.
The Conservation Commission will be meeting Tuesday, December 18th at 6:30pm at the Rollinsford Public Library.
The Historical Committee will be meeting Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 7:00PM at the Town Hall.
The Budget Committee will be meeting Wednesday, December 19th, 2018 at 6:30PM at the Town Hall. They will hear presentations from the following departments:
