To the inhabitants of the School District of the Town of Rollinsford qualified to vote in district affairs:
You are hereby notified of the ANNUAL MEETING.
The first session for the transaction of all business other than voting by official ballot shall be held:
DATE: Saturday, February 03, 2018 at 9 AM at the Rollinsford Grade School, Rollinsford, NH.
SNOW DATE: Tuesday, February 06, 2018 at 7:00 PM-Rollinsford Grade School, Rollinsford, NH.
The first session shall consist of explanation, discussion, and debate of each warrant article. Warrant articles may be amended, subject to the following limitations:
a. Warrant articles whose wording is prescribed by law shall not be amended.
b. Warrant articles that are amended shall be placed on the official ballot for final vote on the main motion, as amended.
The second session of the annual meeting, to vote on questions required by law to be inserted on said official ballot and to vote on all warrant articles from the first session on official ballot shall be held:
DATE: Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the Rollinsford Town Hall in Rollinsford, NH. The polls will open at 7:00 AM and close at 7:00 PM.
SAU 56 Rollinsford/Somersworth School District LEGAL NOTICE
The filing period for the following Rollinsford School District officers begins on January 24, 2018 and closes February 02, 2018. Applications are available at the SAU 56 Office during regular business hours:

The Town of Rollinsford Supervisors session will be held on January 23, 2018 at 7PM at the Town Hall.

The Town is POSTPONING the election of Tuesday, March 14, 2017.
The election voting will be held on
Thursday, March 16, 2017, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm at Town Hall.

Town Meeting will proceed as scheduled on Saturday, March 18, 2017, 9:00 am at Rollinsford Grade School.

The Select Board will meet with the Town Clerk and Moderator to discuss options relative to the Town Election given the impending blizzard slated to hit the region on Tuesday. This will be the only item on the agenda.
On the main page of the Town website there are 2 folders containing documents for voting/elections. (Town and School)
Each folder is being updated as information is made available.
3 new documents have been placed in the School Board folder today.
These documents are intended to provide voters with as much data and information as possible. Please check back often. Questions can be directed to the Select Board or the School Board as appropriate.

Voting will be conducted by ballot on Tuesday, March 14th from 7AM-7PM at the Town Hall.
Town Meeting will be held on Saturday, March 18th at the Rollinsford Grade School beginning at 9AM and childcare WILL BE provided.
